Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Store Some Pakistan website. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using this site, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules specific to certain sections or services on the site. All additional rules, restrictions and guidelines will be considered an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of publication and will apply alongside any other terms and conditions available on this site. Store Some Pakistan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them regularly whenever you access the site.

Copyright

Customer Content

You must ensure that any content you provide, including images, graphics, text, or other materials, is used in combination with other materials you include in your products. The use of third-party text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted works in your products is prohibited without obtaining the proper permission from the rights holders. You are responsible for ensuring that your products do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights, and must avoid defamation, libel, or slander. You are responsible for securing all necessary rights or permissions to incorporate third-party materials into your products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have obtained all required permissions and rights and authorize Store Some Pakistan to produce the products on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and controlling access to your account. Additionally, you are accountable for any orders placed or actions taken under your account. By using your password to place an order or allowing others to do so, you grant Store Some Pakistan a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the site and the printed product. This license is solely for the purpose of storing designs and processing print orders. Store Some Pakistan reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

Store Some Pakistan may also retain and disclose content if required by law or necessary to (a) comply with legal processes, (b) enforce these terms, (c) address claims of third-party rights violations, or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Store Some Pakistan, its users, and the public.

Design Files

Store Some Pakistan provides design files at a resolution of 300 dpi, which is suitable for most standard prints. For higher-resolution design files, please contact sales@store-some.com for a customized quote.

Customer Submitted Artwork

All artwork, designs, and images should be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for color discrepancies that may occur during conversion. To minimize color variation, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Store Some Pakistan is also not liable for any quality issues related to customer-provided artwork that may appear blurry, distorted, or pixelated.

Proofing & Matching

All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and 3D mockup. After placing your order, you will receive final artwork proofs and 3D mockups via email. It is your responsibility to carefully review these details, including delivery dates and production timelines, to ensure all requirements are accurately noted. Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for specifications or requirements beyond those outlined in the final email. Additionally, you must proofread the final artwork, as this is your responsibility. Any unexpected changes may occur during file preparation. The final proof represents the exact design to be printed, and we recommend printing it at 100% to check fonts, spelling, and design elements. Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for design or spelling errors not identified and communicated by you. Once approved, the design file and product specifications will be sent to production.

Store Some Pakistan does not guarantee color matching or ink density accuracy on screen proofs. Screen proofs are meant to preview the design layout, text accuracy, and image placement, but not the exact color or density. While we will make efforts to match color gradients in a duo-tone, Store Some Pakistan is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless a color match proof is specifically requested. Special finishes may alter the appearance of printed colors, and Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for the final color outcome on laminated products.

Materials

We offer a variety of card stocks, food-grade materials, and eco-friendly options. You are required to approve proofs and layouts before printing. Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for errors resulting from graphic orientation, font choices, spelling, grammar, punctuation, die cuts, slits, folds, or the final product size.

Color Accuracy and Hard Copy Proofs

Store Some Pakistan makes every effort to match colors from the provided print-ready files as accurately as possible. However, color variations may occur due to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), different printing surfaces, and ink requirements. We guarantee color reproduction within 90-95% of the final approved proof. To ensure greater color accuracy, you may request a hardcopy proof for an additional cost. Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for discrepancies between submitted print-ready images and the final printed product.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend Store Some Pakistan, as well as any third parties from whom Store Some Pakistan has licensed content, including their directors, officers, and employees, against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees. This indemnity applies to breaches of these terms and any claims related to materials you have incorporated into products that were not part of the standard content provided on the site.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the printing or shipping process begins. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation fees may apply at various stages of production, and our customer service team will notify you of any applicable charges.

The order stages are as follows:

Placing the order online
Revising the order in our design department
Sending the order to the press
Collecting the order from the shipping company and shipping it to you

Cancellations can be made before reaching stage 2. For cancellations during stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted. If the order is at stage 3, we will attempt to cancel, but cannot guarantee it. If cancellation is possible at this stage, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. Orders in stage 4 cannot be canceled.

Return and Refund

All sales are final due to the custom nature of the orders. If Store Some Pakistan identifies an error on our part, we will reprint the order. However, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Reprint

Notify Store Some Pakistan of any defects, damages, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. Failure to do so releases Store Some Pakistan from any responsibility. All returns require prior written approval. Charges for expedited printing or shipping, including those for returned orders, are non-refundable.

Order Shipping and Delivery

Store Some Pakistan offers several shipping options:

Standard: 8 to 16 business days after final proof approval.
Priority: Within 8 business days after final approval.
Express: Within 6 business days after final approval.

If final proof approval is not received by 5:00 PM PKT, the shipping time will be extended by an additional business day.

While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, Store Some Pakistan is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping issues, technical difficulties, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on supplier and order history. We will refund or waive rush charges if applicable, but orders cannot be canceled due to delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees for international shipments, if applicable to their region.

Holidays

Pakistani national holidays apply.

Damaged and Lost Packages

Inspect all packages for any damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Any issues must be reported to Store Some Pakistan and the delivery courier within 3 business days. Store Some Pakistan is not responsible for shipping errors or damages caused by third parties. Each order includes extra pieces to accommodate printing trade standards, but slight variations (up to 5%) are acceptable. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipments due to incorrect address submissions.

Limitation of Liability

Store Some Pakistan and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors are not responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for damages resulting from the loss of use, data, or profits. This applies even if Store Some Pakistan was advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes issues related to site usage, product performance, or failures. Store Some Pakistan is also not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of the site or its content.
